Terms of use
Last updated: 1 May 2026
1. Parties to the agreement
These terms apply between you as a user (or the company you represent) and Foundry House AS (organisation number provided upon registration). By creating an account or using the service, you accept the terms.
2. The service
FHapp is a SaaS tool for the daily operation of startup companies — cap table, OKRs, KPIs, documents, board work and fundraising. The service is provided "as is", with reasonable efforts towards uptime. We do not offer a specific SLA in this testing phase.
3. Account and responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. You must not use the service for unlawful purposes, and you must not attempt to circumvent technical limitations or harm the service.
4. Data and ownership
You retain ownership of all data you upload. Foundry House receives only the limited licence needed to deliver the service — including storage, backup and processing by our data processors (see the privacy policy).
5. Payment
Any paid plans are billed via Stripe. Prices are shown in the service before you confirm a subscription. VAT is added where applicable. You can cancel your subscription at any time — the current period runs to its end.
6. Limitation of liability
Foundry House is not liable for indirect losses, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption, to the extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability is in any event limited to what you have paid for the service in the last 12 months.
7. Changes and termination
We may change the terms with written notice — material changes are notified at least 30 days before they take effect. You may terminate the agreement at any time by deleting your account. We may close accounts in the event of material breach.
8. Governing law and venue
Norwegian law applies. Disputes shall be sought resolved amicably. If that fails, Oslo District Court (Oslo tingrett) is the venue.
