Foundry House was born from frustration. Too many European startups were running their companies from a patchwork of tools — Carta for the cap table, Notion for OKRs, a Google Sheet for KPIs, AdminControl for the board, email for investor updates. None of them talked to each other.
We are building the operating system that makes all of that unnecessary.
Our mission
To give every founder in Europe the same operational infrastructure that the best Silicon Valley companies take for granted — at a price that makes sense for a pre-revenue startup.
Europe produces world-class companies. What it lacks is world-class infrastructure for the early stage. That is the problem we are solving.

We believe investors and boards should see the actual numbers, not the version a founder decided to share. Transparency is how trust is built.
Europe, not Silicon Valley
European companies operate under different regulations, in different currencies, with different investors. We build for that reality, not a US market with an EU flag slapped on.
Simple over comprehensive
We would rather nail the ten things every startup needs than build a hundred features that get in the way. Complexity is a bug, not a feature.
